韓式辣炒五花肉/ Spicy stair fry pork Korean style

週日的夜晚,通常大家心情都不是很漾,因為大部分的人都有星期一症候群,如果你沒有,算你上輩子有燒香,這輩子命好 ; 或是你還在宿醉中。

週一通常下班後大家都累斃了,所以我特別想PO這篇只要10分鐘就可以上桌的食譜,沙米速你們一下,讓你下班後可以好好喘口氣,倒杯紅酒,泡個泡泡浴!

Sunday night might be a blue night for some people becaure it is MONDAY tomorrow. 
Anyone think MONDAY SUCKS??????? 

I don't think most of people will enjoy spend so much time in the lunch after a headache day.
Here I have a best Monday dish for you, it is totally a NO Brianer! From prepare to serve will only take you 10 minutes! YES, you heard me. 

Now, I hope this recipe will make you smile after a long day work on Monday.

做法 / Direction




1. 先將以下材料放進不開火的鍋內(不需加油)

豬肉片(或五花肉塊)+ 兩支蔥+ 4顆蒜+ 一顆洋蔥+兩大匙醬油+ 一大匙韓國辣椒醬+ 2大匙糖
2. 開火,並蓋鍋
3. 5分鐘後拿起鍋蓋攪拌一下
4. 蓋鍋,再等5分鐘,灑點麻油+白芝麻,完成。



韓式辣椒醬/Korean chillie paste












A.  Put the following ingredients into the fry pan. 
Pork belly slices (1 cup) 
2 x spring onions (3 CM each)
4 x garlic (Roughly chopped)
1 x meduim size onion (Julien)  
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Korean chillie paste
2 Tbsp sugar

B. Turn on the heat with a lid on and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid and stair a bit after 5 minutes of cooking then cook for another 5 minutes with a lid on. 

Then it's done. Sprinkle some sesame oil and white sesame seeds before serve.
I usually wrape the pork in lettuce with some Kimci,  OMG, so succulent, BBQey and just yummmmmmmm!


這炒豬肉又鹹,又辣,又香,又有點培根烤焦味,加點泡菜包在生菜裡吃,超級下飯的啦的。
