場景設在紐約超級有名餐廳,於西元1888年成立的 Katz's Delivatessen 。
片中,男主角哈利 (比爾 克里斯多飾) 向女主角莎莉 (梅格 萊恩飾)誇口,每一位跟他翻雲覆雨的女人,都可以達到高潮!
但莎莉卻向他吐槽,女人是可以假裝高潮的!
可想而知哈利當然斥之以鼻!!@#$%*%
就在此時莎莉放下正在進食那根叉子 ,開始呻吟了起來~~~~~~~~~~
表演完畢後,她拿起叉子,把剛剛那塊蘋果派放進嘴裡,以勝利之姿、微笑地看著男主角。
就在此時,隔壁桌的歐巴桑叫來了服務生,並說出了那句經典台詞 :
~~I will have what she is having ~~ (我要一塊她剛剛吃的)!
有些時候心是需要一塊溫暖的派來安慰的,沏壺咖啡,烤塊派來惜惜自己,惜惜家人、朋友、或心愛的人,突然之間,人生會變成似乎可以是 Piece of pie.

Who could ever forget this famous quote at Katz's Delicatessen - in movie "When Harry Met Sally"?
Yes, I had seen this film for more than 50 times and remember almost every line of it.
And I will never ever get tired of it.
When that moment came, I'll bake myself an Apple pie and why not, replay the this movie again.
Yes, yes and yes! I WILL HAVE WHAT SHE IS HAVING!
所需材料/ Ingredients:
6-8顆蘋果,我用了3種不同品種,可以讓口感有不同層次 / 6-8 baking apples (depending on size) I used 2 Granny Smith, 2 Braeburn, 2 Fuji
半顆檸檬的汁/ 1/2 lemon, juiced
1量杯糖/1 cup white sugar
3 湯匙太白粉/ 3 tbsp cornstarch
1/8茶匙肉豆蔻粉/ 1/8 tsp nutmeg
½茶匙肉桂粉 / 1/2 tsp cinnamon
捏一小撮鹽 / very tiny pinch of salt
2湯匙的牛油 / 2 tbsp butter
1顆蛋 / 1 egg, beaten
派皮;可買現成 / Ready to use pie dough ( I made my own short crust)

作法 / Instruction:
烤箱預熱190C
Preheat oven 190C/375F
1. 將蘋果削皮切0.5公分薄片 (附註: 我將切好蘋果放水中以防蘋果氧化)
1. Apple skinned and cut into 0.5 cm. (Note: Put apple piece on the water to prevent chopped apple apple oxidation.)
2. 將水倒掉,糖倒入切好的蘋果片內混勻,再加入肉豆蔻粉,肉桂粉,一小撮鹽巴再次混勻,最後才加入太白粉攪拌。
2. Drain the water and mix sugar with apple piece then add nutmeg, cinnamon and pinch of salt, mix them together. Finally, add cornstarch into the mixture and toss well.

5. 一手扶著派皮邊緣,另一手手指輕柔地將盤內的派皮壓按,那它服貼在派盤,然後用叉子搓洞,幫助派皮烤熟。
5. Gentlly mould the pastry by lightly pressing and guiding it into the lining of pie tin. And prick the base serveral time with a fork in order to heat transfer through the pastry.
6.將蘋果餡倒入派盤,再用另一塊派皮蓋上。(附註: 請將邊緣派皮由下往上捲。)
6. Pour the apple stuffing to the pie tin and cover up with another short crust pastry, roll the pastry of the edge into the tin.

7. 將密封好的派上,用刀劃一個出風口,幫助內餡的水氣跑出。

8. 塗上一點蛋汁,可以讓派皮烤得金黃。

9. 灑上糖後,放入烤箱,用190C烤約55分鐘至1個小時。
