Vita的口袋名單: 布里斯本最~好吃的越南餐廳在這兒!
我不管布村哪家得名與否, 這家我拍胸脯保證好吃, 俗夠大碗, 每道幾乎都$8~10澳幣.
這是我的鄰居，ㄧ位退休的越南餐廳老闆兼主廚杯杯介紹我們的, 是他心目中最道地的越南菜。
我超推他們的鴨腿藥膳麵, 喝一口湯, 整個中藥紅棗銀杏清甜不苦, 比起藥燉排骨有過之而不及啊!
今天我點的是烤排骨麵, 湯頭簡直跟台灣的蛤仔湯ㄧ模ㄧ樣, 豬皮的酥脆, 讓我的味蕾全部醒來。獅王點的四色烤豬排飯, 好吃到爆炸, 雖說每家越南餐廳都會有的菜色, 但在kim som 就是 "甘款丟某港師傅咧" !
重點是, 裡頭客人都是越南人, 可見好吃，總之不試你們會後悔啦!

Far the best Vietnamese restaurant in Brisbane! Recommended by my
neighbor who used to be a Vietnamese restaurant owner and chef. It is
always full of Vietnamese, so, I recon the food must be authentic to
draw them here.
